WE DON´T ASK FOR A MONTH OF DEPOSIT.
Beautiful Penthouse in Ramblas Catalonia Square, some double bedrooms, livingroom, dinningroom, independent kitchen, bathroom, 60 square meters terrace, laundry and lumberroom for sharing with the expenses of water, gas, ligth, wifi internet, cable TV, towels, sheets, crockery, household, national calls and the cleaning girl service and laundry dialy included in the price. This is the residence of my friend, where also the assistant domestic lives, and because she is going for a trip for a few days, and have leave me the keys, I could leave it to you. If you feel uncomfortable that the assistant sleep at home, she can go to the house of her sister who lives next to it.

Every guest will have to make a 50€ deposit for his own set of key and provide DNI or passport information. Deposit will be returned by check out.
